It is not a secret that young people, especially boys, very much enjoy challenging each other in team sports. The children from the CPDC are no different and so we were very happy that the football team from our Center was given the chance to play against children from other welfare facilities in Pattaya at the Planet football soccer field. This great event, organized by Mr. William Davis and Derek Franklin as co-organizer, was a special day for everyone who took part.
The four teams, guests and supporters gathered on this Sunday morning gad the football arena. Everybody, especially the boys, were very excited to prove their football skills in front of a live crowd. After a short warm up and a brief introduction to the tournament rules, the first two teams got ready to kick off with the opening match. The fans and supporters of all the teams were treated to some spectacular goals and displays of hidden talents from all the footballers in the tournament who provided many exciting moments for the crowd. By the last game the players were exhausted with the great effort they all put into their match.
